Abstract

59 patients with Volkmann's Ischaemic Contracture who were treated during last 19 years in The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of Ege University, were rewied. Etiological factors acute and late clinical findings, types of the treatments and their results were evaluated. The disasterous results due to the bandage and manipulations of -the bones-etters-, which effect on the occurance of this disability were emphasized.

Abstract

Son 19 yılda Kliniğimize başvuran Volkmann İskemik Kontraktürlü hastalarda etiyolojik faktörler, akut ve geç devre klinik bulguları, sağıtım şekilleri ve sonuçları değerlendirilmiş, çıkıkçıların kırık sağıttmmdaki ve bu olayın gelişimindeki olumsuz etkileri vurgulanmıştır.
