Hydatid cyst of the lombo-sacral vertebras

Abstract

A patient with lombo-sacral hydadit cyst has been presented. The clinical symptoms and the methods of treatment hove been reviewed. Hydatid cyst of bone is quite rare and the treatment is not always satisfactory.

Abstract

Vertebraların hidatik kisti diğer organlara kıyasla daha nadirdir. Teşhiste çok defa tümörle karışması ve cerrahi tedavinin tatminkar olmayışı nedeni ile klinik olarak habis olgu gibi kabul edilebilirler. Genellikle küretaj ve gref uygulaması yapılır ve sonuç fistül ya da nükslerle biter.
