The role of the Osteoblast in the Collagen Secretion by Autoradiographical Study

Abstract

In our study, we have investigated collagen secretion in fracture healing with triated Giycine autoradiography. We found that collagen secretion occurs principally in the osteoblast and this secretion shows periodisity.

Abstract

Kemikte kırık sonrası kollojenin osteoblostlar tarafından salgılanması, trityumlu Glisin otoradyografisi ile deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Kırk iyileşmesinde şüphesizki en önemli olaylardan biri de kollajen teşekkülüdür. Kırık iyileşmesi ve kollajen teşekkülü konusunda şimdiye kadar pek çok klinik ve laboratuvar çalışması yapılmış, fakat birkaç temel husus dışında, pek çok konuya açıklık getirilememiştir. Ostojenik hücrelerin, kalsifiye olabilen organik matriksi nasıl meydana getirdikleri çok az bilinen bir hususdur. Osteoblastların kökeni konusunda çok çeşitli iddialar olmasına karşın kemiğin organik matriksinin osteoblastlar tarafından meydana getirildiği kabul edilmektedir. Bu yazırmızda amaç, Osteoblastların kırık iyileşmesinde kollajeni nasıl sentez ettikierini bildirmektir.
