Abstract

The conditions indicating surgical intervention in patients undergoing shoulder arthrodesis are diversely evaluated by various authors. It is because of this reason that a critique of the status of patients treated surgically with arthrodesis of the shoulder joint in our clinic during the years between 1963 to 1975 is made in the present article and it is conciuded that the results obtained are in accordance with those reported in the literature.

Abstract

Omuz artrodezlerinde cerrahi endikasyon koşulları çeşitli yazarlara göre değişik şekillerde değerlendirilmektedir. Bu nedenle kliniğimizde 1963-1975 yılları arasında omuz artrodezi yapılmış vakaların durumları eleştirildi ve literatürle uyumlu olduğu saptandı.
