Pigmented villonodular bursitis

Abstract

A case of pigmented villonodular bursitis which is located in the infrapatellar bursae is presented. No any symptom is established except a swelling bellow the knee and exist a slight pain during the knee flexion. There were two recurrences after first operation. And after third operation radiotherapy is applied. According to our literature investigations of the recent ten years we havent encountered any localization belong to infrapatellar bursae.

Abstract

İntrapatellar bursaya yerleşen bir pigmente villonodüler bursitis vakası bildirilmiştir. Hastada diz altında şişlik ve özellikle dizin flexiyonunda hafif ağrıdan başka bir bulgu tesbit edilmemiştir. Ameliyattan sonra iki defa nüks gösteren vakada en son effizyondan sonra radyoterapi uygulanmıştır. Son 10 yıllık literatür araştırmasında infrapatellar bursaya ait yerleşme rastlanmamıştır.
