Autorodiographical study of post;fracture DNA synthesis in the growth-plate

Abstract

In this experimental study the cellulor kinetics of epiphyseal, growth plate is investigated by utilizing triated thymidine autoradiography. It is demonstrated that the proliferatif and hypertrofic layers of the epiphypeal synthetizes DNA in abundant quantitiss. But, despite of this phenomenon no mitotic activity is observed. Therefore, it is conciuded that the epiphyseal plate undergoes some intracellular changes due to vascular dynamics.

Büyüme plağında kırık sonrası DNA sentezi trityumlu timidin otoradyografisi ile deneysel incelenmiş ve hücre kinetiği ile çocuk kırıklarında ekstremite uzunluğunun artmasının fizyopatolojik nedenleri saptanmıştır.
