PATELLA KIRIKLARININ KOMPRESYON METODU İLE OSTEOSENTEZİ

Abstract

Patella kırığı nedeniyle cerrahi tedavi edilen 48 vakalık bir seri takdim edilmiş, patella kırıklarının tipleri incelenmiş, tipe ve yaşa göre tedavi şekilleri ve sonuçları sunulmuştur. Kompresyonlu osteosentez metodunun faydaları ve komplikasyonları ile diğer osteosentez metodları mukayese edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak patella kınklarının kompresyon metodu ile daha kısa zamanda konsolide olduğu, harekete ve erken yürümeye müsaade ettiği görülmüştür. Ancak 40 yaşın üstünde ve çok parçalı kırıklarda konsomasyonda gecikme diz hareketlerinde yarıya yakın azalma ağrı ve diğer radyografik bulgularla osteoartroz gibi komplikasyonların oldukça sık olduğu da görülmüştür. Kanaatimizce 40 yaşına kadar olan vakalarda kırığın tipine göre değişik metodlardan alınacak sonuçların birbirine yakın olduğu, 40 yaşından sonraki vakalarda ise total veya parsiyel patellektominin uygulanmasının düşünülmesi gerektiğidir.
