An interesting course of solitary plasmozytom

Abstract

Neurologic complications are usually expected in the cases of vertebral body destruction due to malign plasmocytoma. In our case which we followed between 1964-1976 neurologic complications did not occur dispite of total destruction of L3 vertebra. In this study indications of surgical treatment X-ray radiation and cystostatic treatment are discussed.
