TRAVMATİK KALÇA ÇIKIKLARINDA RADYOLOJİK BULGULAR VE TEDAVİDEKİ ÖNEMİ

Abstract

Redaksiyondan evvelki film, hem teşhis hem de Adli Tıp bakımından önemlidir. Ağır yaralanmalardan, crus kırıklarından ve bilhassa femur kınklarından sonra rutin olarak kalçaların da filmi çekilmelidir. Travmatik kalça çıkıklarında tedaviden sonra, geç komplikasyonlar bakımından çocuklar gelişme çağı tamamlanıncaya kadar, büyükler ise en az iki sene müddetle 3-6 aylık oralarla klinik ve radyolojik olarak kontrola tabi tutulmalıdır.
