Abstract

The ideal treatment of broken long Bones and Pseudarthrose is possible by means of the closed Küntsher method. The Instrument which makes this treatmant possible is Küntscher's distracteure. Closed Küntscher nail application has been done to 51 male and 18 female patients during the recent 5 years. Infection has appeared on the 2/69 the patients. Without taking the nail out of the body we have tried it to be better and we succeeded in it. The other patients became able to walk in 10-12 days after the operation and aparted from the clinic so 67 patients have been cured in a short time.
