Abstract

1 The type of the tracture, dislocation and the fracture-dislocation differ and depend upon the direction, violence and the region that the trauma influfence. 2 The most important factor in choosing the method of treatment is arranged according to whether the lesion is stable or unstable. 3 Every kind and type of vertebrae fracture is not definetly and necessarly treated by reduction immobilising in a plaster cast. 4 Indications for laminectomy is discussed.
