Abstract

Bu çalışmada, literatürde daha önce bildirilmemiş bir eklem içi osteokondrom olgusu, literatür bilgileri ışığında sunulmaktadır. Söz konusu tümörün çok yavaş gelişmesi ve kuadriseps mekanizmasının uzaması nedeni ile uzun bir süre asemptomatik kalmış olabileceğini düşünüyoruz.

Abstract

A unique case of large intra-articular osteochondroma of the knee of a 15-year duration is presented along with a review of the literature. The tumor may have remained asymptomatic for such a long period because of its slow growth and stretch elongation of the quadriceps mechanism.
