Abstract

Çalışmamızda subakut osteomiyeliti taklit eden ve geniş debridman uygulanmadan tedavi edilen iki tüberküloz osteomiyelit olgusu bildiriyoruz. Çocuklarda proksimal tibial enfeksiyonların ayırıcı tanısında tüberküloz osteomiyelit göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Hastalığın erken tanısı ve tedavisinde geniş debridmana ihtiyaç duyulmayabilir

Abstract

We present two cases of tuberculosis osteomyelitis mimicking subacute osteomyelitis and was treated without extensive debridement. Tuberculous osteomyelitis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of proximal tibial infections in children and early diagnosis and treatment is possible without extensive debridement.
