Total kalça artroplastisi sonuçları değerlendirme sistemi

Öz

Total kalça artroplastisi sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde standart bu sistemin gerekliliği bir çok araş-tırmacı tarafından ısrarla vurgulanmıştır. Buna rağmen araştırmacı ya da kullanıcının gereksinim duyduğu standart bir sistem üzerinde halen fikir birliği sağlanamamıştır. Bu çalışmada, elimizde bulunan ve halen pek çok klinikte kullanılmakla olan total kalça artroplastisi değerlendirme sistemleri derinde gerekli ekleme ve çıkartmaları yaparak araştırmacı ya da Kullanıcıya, arşivleme, sayısal klinik ve radyolojik değerlendirme işlemlerini kolaylıkla yapabileceği bir sistem sunmayı amaçladık.

The evaluation system of total hip arthroplasty results

Abstract

The necessity of a standard system in evaluation of total hip arthroplasty results, was emphasized insistently by several investigators. However, it could not be come to an agreement on a common standard system needed by investigator or user. In this evaluation system, investigator or user can early succeed the processes of archiving, numerical clinical and radiological evaluation. In addition, we believe that this evaluation system can remove lack at the evaluation system needed for clinical studies. In this study, we were aimed to introduce a new system, by achieving suitable additions and subtractions on total hip arthroplasty evaluation system used at most clinics, by which the users or investigators can easily accomplish the archiving, numerical clinic and radiologic evaluation processes.
