Abstract

Algodystrophy of the hip, a rare disorder with about 160 cases reported in the literature can be together with their clinical characteristics, radiological, laboratory, EMG and scintigrahic findings in order to explain the algodystrophy of the hip together with the foot. We applied a combined therapy to our patients and we evaluated the results.

Abstract

Literatürde bildirilen yaklaşık 16 civarında vakayla seyrek rastlanılan kalça algodistrofisi ayak ve diz algodistrofisiyle birlikte olabilir. Bu çalışmada kliniğimize son yıllarda başvuran hastalar içinde 7 algodistrofili olguyu oldukça nadir olan kalça-ayak sendromunu açıklamak açısından klinik özellikleri, radyolojik, laboratuar, EMG ve sintigrafi bulgularıyla sunduk. Ayrıca bu hastalara kombine bir tedavi uygulayarak, sonuçları değerlendirdik.
