Ayakta refleks nörovastüler distrofi

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda, ayakta Sudeck Atrofisi olan 20 olgunun klinik özelliklerini ve tedavi sonuçlarını inceledik. Hastaların yaş ortalaması 49.5 olup, seks indeksi E/K 1.5/1 idi. Sudeck Atrofisi, olgularımızda 17'sinde major travma sonucu kırıktan sonra. 3'ünde ise çeşitli hastalıklardan snra gelişmişti. Algodistrofinin ilk iki devresini de içeren olgularımızın 14'ü I. devrenin, 6'sı II. devrenin özelliklerine sahipti. Belirgin şikayet olarak ağrı (% 60 ında) ağrg ile birlikte şişlik ve renk değişikliği (%35'inde), distrofi (%5'inde) ve hemen hepsinde yürüme güçlüğü ve hareket sınırlılığı vardı. Medikal tedavinin yanında çeşitli Fizik tedavi yöntemleri uygulanıp sonuçta 13 olguda tam (%100) / olguda iyi (%75), I olguda orta derecede (%50) iyilik saptandı. Bu çalışmamızda patogenetezi tam olarak bilinmeyen ve tadavisi henüz açıklığı kavuşmamış Sudeck atrofisinde erken ve uygun tedavinin önemini belirtmek istedik.

Sudeck atrophy of the frut

Abstract

In this study, we evaluated the clinical characteristics of 20 cases with Sudeck atrophy of the foot and after the application of a combined therapy, we evaluated the results. In 17 of our cases Sudeck atrophy developed after fracture caused by major trauma In 3 cases, the etiological faktors were various diseases. 14 cases were in the first. and 6 cases were in the second stage. Pain was the cardinal symptom in our cases (%60). There were also oedema and discoloration(%35). dystrophy(%5), difficulty on walking and limitation of movements. Besides medical therapy we applied various physical therapy modalities. At the and, there was excellent (%100)improvement in 13 cases. The degree of improvement was good (%75) in 6, and moderate(%50) in I cases.
