Abstract

Ön çapraz bağ lezyonlarında tedavi, lezyonun şiddeti, beraberinde olan diğer lezyonlar ve meydana gelen instabilitenin derecesine göre tayin edilir. Cerrahi tedavi intraartiküler veya ekstraartiküler olabilir. Yazımızda dizin instabilite tipleri ve teşhis medodları kısaca gözden geçirildikten sonra ekstra artiküler tedavi indikasyonları ve metodları anlatılmıştır.

Abstract

The treatment of ACL lesions determined according to the severity of the lesion, accociated injuries and the degree of instability. Surgical treatment can be intraaticular or extraaticilar. In this article, after a short review of types of instability in the knee and methods of diagnosis, the indications and methods of extraaticular tratment has been presented.
