Abstract

Osteomyelojen malign kemik urlarından olan EWİNG-Sarkomu tanı ile tedavi güçlüklerine yol açmaktadır. Bu malign tümörün iskelet lokalizasyonları, radyolojik görünümleri ve tedavi olanakları dile getirilirken, tanının konulmasından 7 ay sonra, radyoterapikemoterapi kombine tedavisine karşın ortaya çıkan kafatası ve akciğer metastazları sonucu 9 ay sonra eksitus olan bir olgu sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

One of the malignant bone tumors of marrow is the Ewing’s sarcoma which leads to diagnostic and therapeutic difficulties. While skeletal localisations, radiologic features and ways of treatment of this malignant tumor are explained, a case is reported, who despite a combination of x-ray-and chemotherapeutical treatment, 7 months after manifestation of the clinical features, appeared with metastases in the skull and lungs and died 9 months later.
