Abstract
Shoulder arthroscophy is a new diagnostic and therapeutic technique. In this study, we introduced the technique, the portals and discussed the indications and complications of the procedure and reviewed the literature, 14 patients will be discussed. 2 patients frozen shoulder, 5 patients rotator cuff ruptures and impingment syndrome and 7 patients was recurrent shoulder disiocations. Arthroscopic surgery was performed in 3 patients, 2 cases with anterior stapling and one with partial labral excision. We believe that shoulder artroscopy has a definite role in the diagnosis of labral and syvnovial lesions and bicipital tendon pathologies and arthroscopic procedures have several advantages over conventional techniques.

Omuz artroskopisi bu bölgenin hastalıklarında kullanılmaya başlanan yeni bir tanı ve tedavi yöntemidir. Biz bu yazımızda omuz artroskopisinin tekniği, giriş yolları endikasyonları, komplikasyonları ve cerrahisi üzerine literatür ve vaka örnekleri ile tartıştık. Bu yazımızda incelediğimiz 14 olgudan ikisinde donmuş omuz, 5'inde rotator manset yırtığı ve impingement sendromu, 7'sinde ise habituel omuz çıkığı mevcut idi. Üç vakaya artroskopik cerrahi uygulandı. Bunlardan 2'sine staple ile anterior bankart tamiri, bir vakaya labrum parsiyel eksizyonu uygulanmıştır. Bizce omuz artroskopisi Iabral Iezyonların.sinoviya değişikliklerinin ve biceps tendon patoiojilerinin tanısında, ayrıca bazı cerrahi girişimlerde ortopedistlere yeni ufuklar açmaktadır.
