Abstract
In our research we have studied the effect of the trauma on the C3-C4, Ig A-Ig G-Ig M levels found in the synovial fluid of the knee joint. From the samples taken within the first 24 hours we have noted an increase in the Ig A and Ig G levels.
All the patients have been investigated in four groups (Ig A was 158. 75; IgG 7.63). Emergency treatment with arthroscopic washout in first 24 hours (Average of Synovial fluid).
When emergency treatments and the samples of the synovial fluids after 80 days have been compared the results and the P values have been IgA 42. 75, (P
However as time passed a drop in these levels have been observed. We have reached to the conclusion that permeability deformation and Iymphatic drainage delays formed by the trauma in the joint tissues are in relation with histopatological changes.

Çalışmamızda travmanın diz eklemi Sinovyal Sıvısında bulunan-Ç3-C4-lg A-Ig M seviyelerine etkisi araştırılmış, ilk 24 saatte alınan eklem mayilerinde Ig A ve Ig G düzeylerinde yükselme, süre ilerledikçe bu düzeylerde düşme saptanmıştır.
