The treatment of femoral neck fractures by partial endoprosthesis and results

Abstract

Using Moore, Thompson or Duo-Kopf type partial endoprosthesis. 78 patients of femoral neck fractures have been operated at the department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology in Şişli Etfal Hospital Conditions of these patients preoperatıvely and the early postoperative radiological evaluation had been given the priority in our study Afterwards, 28 patients had late follow-ups and they were clinically and radiologically evaluated according to the Merle d'Aubıgne and Kwok criteria respectively.

Abstract

Sağlık Bakanlığı Şişli Etfaf Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği'nde. 78 hastaya femur boynu kırığı nedeni ile Moore, Thompson ve Ouo-Kopf tipi parsiyel endoprotez uygulanmıştır. Çalışmamızda öncelikle parsiyel endoprotezle tedavi ettiğimiz 78 hastanın ameliyat öncesi durumları ve ameliyat sonrası erken radyolojik değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır, Daha sonra bu hastalardan kontrole gelerek geç takibi yapılabilen 28 olguda Merle d'Aubigne kriterlerine göre klinik Kwok'un kriterlerine göre radyolojik değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
