Median nerve entrapment at the elbow after supracondylar humerus fracture; humeral oval radiological sign
Abstract
An 13 year old boy, with median nerve entrapment in bone after supracondylar fracture of the humerus is reported. An oval radiological sign, which is additional to Matev's sign was present. Under magnification, sural nerve graft was used for damaged and atrophic fasciculis in one procedure. After 8 months, the result was evaluated.

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, 13 yaşında bir erkek hastada, suprakondiler humerus kırığı sonrası kallus dokusu içindeki median sinir sıkışması ve radyolojik olarak Matev belirtisine ek oval radiografik belirti sunuldu. Kopma ve atrofi saptanan sinir fasiküllerine aynı seansta magnifikasyon altında sural sinir grefti uygulandı. Hastanın 8 aylık sonucu değerlendirildi.
