In this study, between the years of 1982-1992, 163 cases who were operated by the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology Clinic of Akdeniz University because of the tumor and tumor like conditions in their hands and wrist were evaluated retrospectively and the literatures were scrutinized. As a ratio; soft tissue tumors were found as 80.98%, skin tumors 7.98% and bone tumors 11.04%. Age, sex, frequency of incidence and dissociation characters of the tumoral structures were found to be correlated with the previous literatures.
Bu çalışmada, 1982-1992 yılları arasında, Akdeniz Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Anabilim Dalı tarafından el ve elbileğinde tümör ve tümör benzeri oluşumlar nedeniyle ameliyat edilen 163 olgu retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi ve kaynak bilgiler gözden geçirildi. Yumuşak doku tümörleri %80.98, cilt tümörleri %7.98 ve kemik tümörleri %11.04 olarak bulundu. Tümöral oluşumların, yaş, cins, görülme sıklığı ve dağılım özellikleri kaynak bilgilerle uyumlu bulundu.
