Year 1995, Volume: 29 Issue: 1, 32 - 36, 11.09.2006

Abstract

Between 1985 and 1993, 16 tendon calcaneus ruptures were treated surgically. The average follow-up time was 30 months (6-65 month). Most of the injuries were athletic injuries. 81% of patients were neglected cases and 75% of them had already gone clinics because of their complaints. 3 of the patients did not come to the follow-up examinations. According to Hooker classification, the result of the 10 patients was excellent, 2 were good and 1 was poor. Particularly in athletes and young people, the rupture of tendon calcaneus must be treated surgically.

Aşil tendon rüptürlerinde cerrahi tedavi

Year 1995, Volume: 29 Issue: 1, 32 - 36, 11.09.2006

Abstract

Vakaların %81'i gecikmiş olgulardır ve bunlarda, %75'i sağlık kuruluşlarına başvurdukları halde tanı konulamamıştır.
