Abstract

Nadir görülen bir patoloji olan posterior omuz instabilitesi özellikle genç erişkinlerde omuzda ağrı, subluksasyon ve güvensizlik hissine yol açan bir klinik tablodur. Tedavide konservatif yöntemler yanısıra cerrahi teknikler de tanımlanmıştır. Biz bu çalışmamızda kliniğimizde posterior kemik bloğu operasyonuyla tedavi ettigimiz bir hastayı nadir görülmesi nedeni ile sunmaya çalıştık.

Abstract

Posterior shoulder instability is a unique pathology seldom seen in adult population that presents with shoulder pain, subluxation and giving way for shoulder motions. For treatment strategies, along with conservative methods, surgical treatment modalities are also described. In this study, since posterior shoulder instability is a rare disorder, we aimed to declare the result of a patient operated by the technique of postenor bone block.
