Abstract

1993 ve 1994 yılları arasında ameliyat ettiğimiz iki hastada başlangıcı distalde ve elbileğinde, insersiyonu proksimalde ve medial epikondilde olan ters palmaris Iongus kası ile birlikte median sinir basısı mevcut idi. Median sinir basısı ile birlikte az rastlanan bu olayı irdeleyerek dünya Iiteratürünü karşılaştırdık.

Abstract

Anomalous palmaris Iongus muscle is rarely encountered with median nerve compression. There were distally originated palmaris Iongus muscle and median nerve compression in two cases which had been operated on by us in between 1993 and 1994. We compared our cases with the cases in the world Iiterature.
