Çocuk femur cisim kırıklarının pelvi-pedalik alçı içinde cilt traksiyonu ile tedavisi ve erken sonuçları

Abstract

Aralık 1992-Şubat 1994 tarihleri arasında konservatif yöntemle tedavi edilen 47 hastanın 47 femur diafiz kırığı incelendi. Cilt fraksiyonu uygulamasını takiben pelvi pedalik alçı uygulanan hastalara 3 haftalık traksiyon sonunda cilt traksiyonu alçı içinde sonlandırıldı. Alçı kapatılarak kırık oluşumundan sonra ortalama 6 hafta süreyle alçı içinde tedaviye devam edildi. Kaynamayı takiben yapılan kontrollerde tatminkar sonuç elde edildi.

Abstract

In this study 47 patients with fractures of 47 femoral diaphysis (47 cases) who had been treated conservatively between the dates of December 1992-February 1994 researched. The skin traction has been of the patients who had been receiving the treatment of primary skin traction hip spica casting was discontinued on the third week of the treatment, while it is still in the cast, then the treatment was continued in cast for six weeks more. Controls of the patients following fracture healing were satisfactory
