Abstract

Scapular winging, one of the most common scapulothoracic disorders, is caused by a number of pathologic conditions. It can be classified as primary, secondary, or voluntary. Scapular winging causes functional loss, periscapsular pain, and asymmetry of the shoulder. We reported the review of the literature with a case who had been treated surgically.

Abstract

Skapulotorasik bölge hastalıklarından biri olan kanat skapula, omuzun diğer hastalıklarına göre daha nadir karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Primer, sekonder, veva volinter olarak sınıflandırılabilmektedir. Kanat skapula omuzda fonksiyon kaybı, preskapular ağrı ve asimetri ile kendini gösteren, özellikle tanısal aşamada gözden kaçabilen bir patolojidir. Biz bu çalışmada kanat skapulada sınıflama, tanı ve tedavi prensiplerini, cer-rahi tedavi uyguladığımız bir vaka ile beraber literatürü yeniden inceleyerek irdeledik.
