Abstract
Synovial chondromatosis is a rare benign disorder that is characteristically mono-articular and most commonly affects the knee. Localization in the elbow is rare. A 41-year-old male with recurrent synovial chondromatosis in the posterior compartment of the right elbow is presented. The patient was admitted one year after an anterior open synovectomy with extreme limitation of motion, pain and swelling. He was treated with arthroscopic synovectomy and removal of loose bodies. The patient was pain free and had significant improvement in the range of motion at one-year follow-up. The unique anatomy of the elbow makes arthroscopic surgery the best option in these difficult cases.

Abstract
Sinovyal kondromatozis özellikle dizi tutan, nadir görülen iyi huylu bir tümördür. Dirsekte nadiren görülür. Bu çalışmada, sağ dirsek posterior kompartmanda nüks sinovyal kondromatozisli 41 yaşında bir hasta sunulmuştur. Hasta kliniğimize sağ dirseğe yapılan açık anterior sinovektomiden bir yıl sonra ileri derecede ha-reket kısıtlılığı, ağrı ve şişlik şikayetleri ile başvurmuştur. Yapılan ayrıntılı tetkiklerden sonra sağ dirseğine artroskopik sinovektomi ve serbest cisim çıkarılmış uygulanmıştır. Bir yıllık takibinde dirsek hareketlerinde belirgin ağrısız bir artış tespit edilmiştir. Dirseğin özel anatomisi ve açık cerrahi tekniklerle tüm kompartmanlara ulaşılma zorluğu, seçilmiş vakalarda artroskopik girişimi iyi bir tercih olarak karşımıza çıkarmakta-dır.
