Abstract

The biornecbanics of the knee is directly effected depending on whether the distal segment is migrated medially, both in she corrective osteotomies applied on the intertrochanteric region and in Mc Murray osteotomies. In the experimental biomechanical study presented, attempts have been made to reflect to what extent the medial and lateral regions of the knee were effected according to the varying degrees of medialization, and to compare the results obtained from the experiments with biomechanical calculation results

Abstract

Gerek intertrohanterik bölgede uygulanan varizasyon osteotomisinde, gerekse MC MURRAY osteotomisinde, distal parçanın mediale kaydırılıp kaydırılmamasına göre, diz ekleminin biyomekaniği doğrudan etkilenmektedir. Sunulan biyomekaniksel deneysel çalışmada, diz ekleminin medial ile lateral bölgelerinin, distal fragmanın değişen medializasyon ölçülerine göre ne oranda etkilendiği yansıtılmakta, deneylerden elde edilen sonuçlar, biyomekanik hesaplama sonuçlan ile karşılaştırılmaktadır.
