Kırık Tedavisinde Laserin Kallusu Stimüle Edici Etkisinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Kırık kaynamasını çabuklaştırmak için son yıllarda direkt elektrik akımları, elektromanyetik alanlar, ultrasound gibi yöntemler kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Günümüzde pek çok tıp dalında kullaınılmaya başlanan laserin kırıklarda kullanma, alanlarını ve stimüle edici etkilerini araştırmak maksadıyla bu araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 24 adet Wistar-Albino türü sıçan kullanılmış ve bunlar genel anestezi altında ameliyat edilerek her iki fibulalarında kırık meydana getirilmiştir. Hayvanların sol bacakları kontrol olarak korunmuş sağ bacaklarına 900 Hz gücünde, 10 cm'den 6 dakika süreyle 21 seans her gün laser tatbik edilmiştir. Makroskobik ve mikroskobik olarak kallus oluşumu incelenmiş ve taserin kallusu stimüle edici etkisi olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

In order to accelerate fracture union, such procedures as dirct electric currents, electromagnetic fields, and ultrasound have been employed in recent years. This investigation has been effected to study the stimulating effects on the callus in fractures, of laser which is being used in many branches of medicine at present. 24 Wistar-Albino rats were using in our investigation and fractures were procuced in both of their fibulae by operating them under general anesthesia. The left legs of the animals were protected as controls, and 900 Hz of laser was applied on their right leges at 10 cm for 6 minutes every day for 21 successive appoinments. Callus formation was examined macroscopically and microscopically, and it was seen that laser had a stimulatiney effect on callus.
