The complications in the surgical treatment of scoliosis

Abstract

120 scoliotic patients are surgically treated. All of them treated by posterior instrumentation and posterior fusion. The average follow up time is 24 months. In 31 patients several complications occured during and after the operation. The occurence of this complications and their treatment has been discussed.

Abstract

120 skolyozlu hasta cerrahi olarak tedavi edildi. Hastaların hepsine posterior instrumantasyon ve posterior füzyon uygulandı. Hastalar ortalama 24 ay izlendi. 31 hastada ameliyat sırasında ve ameliyat sonrası çeşitli komplikasyonlar görüldü. Bu komplikasyonların olasılığı ve tedavileri işlendi.
