Abstract

Attempts have been made to review cases in which we have adapted quadriceps plastic operations in the imbalances of knee. Research has been eftected in literature regarding this matter. For quadriceps plastic operations we have indicated criteria for indications and contraindications, surgical technique we have applied.

Abstract

Anterior polyomiyelite bağlı, paralitik kuadriseps adalesi nedeni ile özürlü durumda bulunan 52 vaka ve bunlara uygulanan tendon transferi ameliyatlarının sonuçları incelendi. Bu tür bir diz dengesizliğinde, vakaların tendon transferi için seçiminde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar vurgulanarak, sonradan gelişen komplikasyonların çoğunun bu hususlara dikkat edilmemiş olan vakalarda çıktığı belirlendi.
