A Case of Breast Carcinoma With Humerus Metastasis

Abstract

A fracture of the humerus was found in a white woman who had operated left breast radical mastectomy, 9 years ago. A breast carcinoma metastasis was found in specimen which was taken from the fracture area. So that, clinical and patological pecularities of our case was compered with literature of metastatic breast carcinomas in skletetal system.

Abstract

Radikal mastektomi ameliyatı geçiren bir kadın hastada 9 yıl sonra bir humerus kırığı saptanmıştır. Bu kırık bölgesinden alınan materyelde bir meme karsinomu metastazı görülmüştür. Bu nedenle, meme karsinomlarının iskelet sistemi metastazları hakkındaki kaynak bilgileri gözden geçirilmiş ve bunlar, olgumuzun klinik ve patolojik anatomik özellikleri ile karşıaştırılmıştır.
