Abstract

In this study, flat foot has been examined in different rescepts, traditionalt literature reviewed and significant points have been emphasized. Although various surgical procedures which improve this deformity have been desbribed, Miller operation has been emphasized, which we applied for the flexible flat foot in our clinic and from which we obtained good results. It was established that a good result could be obtained after a surgical proce has been reviewed.

Abstract

Pes planus değişik açılar altında incelenmiş, klasik literatür gözden geçirilmiş ve can alıcı noktalar üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu deformasyonun düzeltilmesini öngören çeşitli ameliyatlar tarif edilmesine rağmen, fieksibl pes planusta kliniğmizde uygufadığımız ve iyi neticeler aldığmız Miller ameliyatı üzerinde durulmuştur. Materyeiimiz gözden geçirildiğinde pes planus vak'alarında, yerinde konulmuş bir enikasyonla tekniğine uygun yapılacak olan bir ameliyattan sonra yüz güldürücü bir sonuca varılabileceği saptanmıştır.
