Bu yazıda doğuştan kalça çıkığının tedavisinde kullanılan ve pelvik osteotomiler olarak bilinen Salter, Pemberton ve Chiari ameliyatlarından alınan başarısız sonuçların nedenleri üzerinde durulmuş ve korunma çareleri tartışılmıştır.
