Abstract

1 It was pointed out that the case of congenital hip dysplasia would be spontaneous correction in spite of treatment in the congenital dislocation of the hip has to be obtained by conservative and surgical procedures.
2 Our case was reported to be interesting because of it was bilateral dislocation ond terminated with spontaneous correction.
3 Therefore, the population study was stressed necessary because of the recorded quantitative value of spontaneous correction in the congenital hip dislocation which had presented a high incidence in our country.

Abstract

Doğuştan kalça çıkığında normal baş acetabulum ilişkisini sağlamak için konservatif ve cerrahi girişimler zorunlu olmasına rağmen, özellikle displazik vak'aların spontan şifaya uğrayabileceği popülasyon çalışmaları ile ortaya konulmuştur. Gene tedavisiz kalmış iki taraflı çıkık vak'alarında, taraflardan birinin zamanla spontan şifaya uğrayabileceği klinik olarak izlenebilmektedir. Burada sunulan iki taraflı çıkık bir vakanın spontan redüksiyona uğraması nadir bir olay olarak nitelendirilmiş ve bu nedenle ülkemizde de bu konuda popülasyon çalışmaları yapılmasının önemine değinilmiştir.
