Abstract

Three cases of rarely seen metacarpophalangeal dislocation of the index finger and the summary of the literature on this subject are presented. Abnormal anatomy of this dislocation which causes difficult reduction was similar to KAPLAN's description. Two of these cases were treated succesfully by following his recommendations.

Abstract

Ender görülen, işaret parmağının metacarpopihalangeal oynağında dislokasyon olan 3 vak'a takdim edildi. Bu konuda yapılan literatür araştırmasının özeti verildi. Bu dislokasyonda redüksiyonun zor oluşuna sebeb olan özel anatomik durumun aynen KAPLAN ın tarif ettiği gibi olduğu görüldü, iki vak'ada onun tekniği kullanılarak basan sağlandı.
