Abstract

1 The type of the tracture, dislocation and the fracture-dislocation differ and depend upon the direction, violence and the region that the trauma influfence.
2 The most important factor in choosing the method of treatment is arranged according to whether the lesion is stable or unstable.
3 Every kind and type of vertebrae fracture is not definetly and necessarly treated by reduction immobilising in a plaster cast.
4 Indications for laminectomy is discussed.

Abstract

Omurgaya tesir eden kuvvetin istikametine tabi olarak muhtelif şekillerde omurgada travmatik lezyonlar husule geldiği, tedavi planında lezyonun stabl olup olmaması faktörünün daima göz önünde bulundurulması gerektiğini, bir kısım belkemiği travmatik lezyonlarının redüksiyonsuz ve immobilizasyonsuz tedavi edilebileceği, tedavideki gayenin anatomi restorasyondan çok stabl bir belkemiği elde edilmesi gayesine matuf olduğu ve laminektomi endikasyonlarından bahsedilmiştir.
