Patolojik femur kırığıyla tanı konulan nöroblastom olgusu

Abstract

Nöroblastom çocukluk çağının en sık rastlanan ekstrakraniyal solid tümörü olmakla birlikte özellikle 5 yaş altı çocuklarda kemik metastazları ve buna bağlı patolojik kırıkların ayırıcı tanısında akılda bulundurulmalıdır. Çalışmamızda, patolojik femur kırığıyla başvuran ve metastatik nöroblastom tanısı konulan 11 aylık bir kız olgu sunuyoruz.

Abstract

Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor of childhood which should be considered in the differential diagnosis of bone metastases and resultant pathological fractures, especially in children under 5 years old. We present an 11-month-old girl who presented with a pathological femur fracture and was diagnosed with metastatic neuroblastoma.
