Abstract

Günümüzde belâgat, dijital çağın gerektirdiği iletişim ortamlarına uyum sağlayarak varlığını sürdürmektedir. Sosyal medyanın hızlı ve kısa mesaj akışına rağmen dilsel vurgu, ritmik tekrarlar ve vurucu ifadeler aracılığıyla etkili söylem oluşturma isteği, özünde belâgat ilkelerinden kopmadığını göstermektedir. Klasik belâgat kuramlarında önemle vurgulanan özlülük, yerinde ve kısa ifadelerle muhatabı etkileme becerisi, çevrimiçi ortamda üretilen içeriklerin başarısında da belirleyici olmaktadır. Bu durum, geçmişin zengin mirasıyla günümüzün pratik gereksinimleri arasındaki uyumu gözler önüne serer ve belâgatın yalnızca tarihsel bir gelenek değil, aynı zamanda güncel bir ifade stratejisi olarak işlev gördüğünü kanıtlamaktadır. Akademik incelemeler de giderek metin çözümlemesi, söylem analizi ve edebî eleştiri gibi disiplinlerin merceğinden çağdaş metinlerde belâgat unsurlarını sistematik biçimde ele almakta, böylece hem sözün sanatsal gücünü hem de toplumsal ve kültürel yansımalarını daha net bir şekilde ortaya koymaktadır. Bu araştırma, klasik belâgat çerçevesinin modern metinlerdeki dönüşümünü ve sürdürdüğü varlığı ele alarak, hem tarihî kökene hem de günümüz edebiyatındaki yenilikçi uygulamalara değinmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Belâgatın Arap edebiyatında yalnızca edebî bir süsleme aracı değil, düşünceleri en uygun biçimde sunan, birikimi kuşaklara aktaran ve dilin etkileme gücünü ortaya koyan bütüncül bir sistem olduğunu vurgulamak, bu çalışmanın temel önceliğidir. Klasik kuramların modern anlatım biçimleriyle kesiştiği noktaları incelemek, çağdaş roman ve şiirdeki retorik stratejileri analiz etmek ve dijital çağın iletişim özellikleriyle belâgat arasındaki bağı ortaya koymak, alanın genel çerçevesini genişleterek hem teorik hem de uygulamalı katkı sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Böylece, tarihsel birikimi dijitalleşen dünyayla buluşturan, gelenek ve modernite arasında köprü işlevi gören bir yaklaşımın geliştirilmesine katkı sağlamak mümkündür.

THE USE OF RHETORİC ELEMENTS İN CONTEMPORAY ARABİC LİTERATURE

Abstract

Today, rhetoric continues its existence by adapting to the communication environments required by the digital age. Despite the fast and short message flow of social media, the desire to create effective discourse through linguistic emphasis, rhythmic repetitions and striking expressions shows that it does not break away from the principles of rhetoric. Conciseness, which is emphasized in classical rhetoric theories, and the ability to influence the interlocutor with appropriate and short expressions, are also decisive in the success of the content produced in the online environment. This reveals the harmony between the rich heritage of the past and the practical needs of today and proves that rhetoric functions not only as a historical tradition but also as a current strategy of expression. Academic studies are increasingly systematically addressing rhetorical elements in contemporary texts through the lens of disciplines such as text analysis, discourse analysis and literary criticism, thus revealing both the artistic power of words and their social and cultural reflections more clearly. This research aims to address both the historical origins and innovative practices in today's literature by addressing the transformation and continued existence of the classical rhetoric framework in modern texts. The main priority of this study is to emphasize that rhetoric in Arabic literature is not only a means of literary decoration, but also a holistic system that presents ideas in the most appropriate way, transfers knowledge to generations and reveals the influencing power of language. It aims to examine the intersections of classical theories with modern forms of expression, to analyze rhetorical strategies in contemporary novels and poetry, and to reveal the connection between the communication features of the digital age and rhetoric, and to provide both theoretical and practical contributions by expanding the general framework of the field. Thus, it is possible to contribute to the development of an approach that brings together historical knowledge with the digitalizing world and acts as a bridge between tradition and modernity.
