1) Submitted manuscript must be the original work of the author(s)

2) All references must be cited correctly. 

3) Co-authors of article must approve to submit the manuscript to the journal.

4) Submitted manuscript must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

5) Any conflict of interest must be clearly stated.

6) Authors must be able to provide documentation showing that they have the right to use the data analyzed, the necessary permissions related to the research, and any appropriate consent.

7) The upper limit of plagiarism is 20 % (except sources) and articles exceeding 20 % of the plagiarism rate are not evaluated. 

8) The approval of the Ethics Committee for the researches carried out in all branches of science that requires permission of the Ethics Committee should be taken, this approval should be specified and certified in the article. 

9) For the ideas and works of arts used, copyright regulations should be complied with. 

10) The Authors should be included in the research and publication ethics.

11) The articles which utilized artificial intelligence (AI) are not welcomed
