Abstract

The research argues the impact of text and history in the controversies

of speakers between the third and the sixth century of the Islamic era. I have

discussed that in three chapters, the first is about the causes of speech

controversy, the second is about its effects, and the third is about the approach

that ought to be based on the research, however, can be concluded in the main

following points; Speech controversy among its famous schools doesn’t tend to

demean the test but, on the contrary, tries to comprehend the text and make use

of its contents. History has a clear influence in formulating the speech proof and

understanding the audio one. The objective material resulted from speech

controversies in that historical stage is not holy to the extent that makes it

replace the text and be a substitute of it.

Nass ve Tarih Bağlamında Kelamcılar Arasındaki İhtilaflar (H. 3. ve 6. Asırlar Arasında)

Abstract

Makalede h. 3 asır ile 6. asırlar arasında mütekellimlerin arasındaki ihtilafın

nass veya yaşadıkları dönemin kendisinden kaynaklı olup olmadığı üzerinde

durulmuştur. Çalışma üç kısımda ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde kelamcılar

arasındaki ihtilafın nedenleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci kısımda ihtilafların ne gibi

sonuçları doğurduğu tespit edilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda ihtilafların ortadan

kaldırılması için nasıl bir metodun takip edilmesi gerektiği tartışılmıştır.

Filhakika içinde bulunulan zamanın nassı anlamada ve öne sürülen delilin

belirlenmesinde tesiri vardır. Şunu da belirtmek gerekir ki mütekellim arasında

oluşan ihtilaflar nass mertebesine ulaşmamakta veya nass yerine

geçmemektedir.
