Bireysel girişimcilik algısının öz yeterlilik üzerindeki etkisi: benlik saygısının aracılık rolü

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, öz yeterlilik üzerinde bireysel girşimcilik algısının etkisinin belirlenmesi ve benlik saygısının aracılık rolünün ortaya konulması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma Kasım-Aralık 2023’te kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile 307 üniversite öğrencisinin gönüllü katılımı esas alınarak bir devlet üniversitesinde yürütülmüştür. Verilerin toplanmasında “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Bireysel Girişimcilik Ölçeği”, “Genel Öz yeterlilik Ölçeği” ve “Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği”nden yararlanılmıştır. Veriler, %95 güven aralığında SPSS 26 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma verileri normal dağılım göstermiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde “tanımlayıcı testler, pearson korelasyon analizi ve aracılık analizi için Process Macro (Model 4)” tercih edilmiştir. Bireysel girişimcilik, benlik saygısı ve öz yeterlilik arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu saptanmıştır. Bireysel girişimciliğin doğrudan (β: ,352) ve dolaylı (β: ,223) etkisinin öz yeterlilik üzerinde anlamlı olduğu ve benlik saygısının aracılık rolünün olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda üniversite öğrencilerinde bireysel girişimcilik algısı, öz yeterlilik ve benlik saygısının geliştirilmesi önerilmektedir.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of individual entrepreneurship perception on self-efficacy and to reveal the mediating role of self-esteem. The study was conducted in November-December 2023 in a state university based on the voluntary participation of 307 university students with the convenience sampling method. "Personal Information Form", "Individual Entrepreneurship Scale", "General Self-Efficacy Scale" and "Self-Esteem Scale" were used to collect the data. The data were analysed using SPSS 26 software with 95% confidence interval. The study data showed normal distribution. In the evaluation of the data, "descriptive tests, Pearson correlation analysis and Process Macro (Model 4) for mediation analysis" were preferred. It was found that there was a positive relationship between individual entrepreneurship, self-esteem and self-efficacy. It was determined that the direct (β: .352) and indirect (β: .223) effects of individual entrepreneurship were significant on self-efficacy and self-esteem had a mediating role. In this direction, it is recommended to develop individual entrepreneurship perception, self-efficacy and self-esteem in university students.

The study was evaluated by Sivas Cumhuriyet University Social Sciences Scientific Research Proposal Ethics Evaluation Board and found ethically appropriate with the decision numbered E-99711239-050.01.04/ and 2023/3 on December 25, 2023. In addition, the relevant document was uploaded to the DergiPark system by the corresponding author.
