Bir Olgu: Organofosfat İntoksikasyonu

Abstract

Organofosfat intoksikasyonları tüm dünyada sıklıkla görülen, çoğunlukla özkıyım amacıyla alınan, insektisit zehirlenmeleridir. Sinir sistemindeki kolinesteraz enzimini inhibe ederek etki gösterirler. Atropin ve Pralidoksim farmakolojik tedavide kullanılan ajanlardır. Organofosfat zehirlenmelerinde mortalite oranı alınan maddenin miktarına, hastanın önceki sağlık durumuna, alındıktan sonra geçen süreye, entübasyon ve ventilatörden ayrılma ile ilgili faktörlere bağlıdır. Organofosfat intoksikasyonu ile ilgili olguların irdelenmesi ve tartışılması hastalara uygun tedavinin zamanında yapılmasını sağlayarak mortaliteyi azaltacaktır.
