Abdomen Bilgisayarl Tomografi (BT) Görüntülemesinde Geri Saçlan X Işn Miktarnn Farkl Eksenlerde İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bilgisayarl Tomografi (BT); x şn kullanm ile vücudun kesitsel

görüntülerinin oluşturulduğu ve daha ayrntl bir görüntünün elde edildiği

radyolojik teşhis yöntemidir. BT görüntülemesi srasnda farkl

parametrelere bağl olarak değişen radyasyon dozlar hasta tarafndan

alnr. Alnan bu radyasyonun hasta tarafndan soğurulmasnn yannda BT

odas içerisinde farkl noktalara geri saçlabilir. Bu çalşmada, abdomen

BT görüntülemesi srasnda hastadan geri saçlan radyasyon miktar,

Polimaster Survey Meter PM1405 detektörü kullanlarak toplamda 3 farkl

eksen için ölçülmüş ve saçlan doz miktarnn eksene ve açya olan bağl

değişimi araştrlmştr. Sonuç olarak, saçlan doz miktarlarnn izdüşümü

45 derece açl eksenlerde benzer değerlerde ve doğrusal eksende minimal

seviyede olduğu gözlenmiştir.
