LMA-C Trach, bir Intubating-LMA (ILMA) çeşididir ve ucuna

yerleştirilmiş fiberoptik ve proksimaldeki ekran sayesinde larinks ve vokal

kordlar görerek tüpün ilerletilmesine, endotrakeal entübasyona imkan

verir.

Bu olgu sunumunda mandibulada kitle nedeniyle operasyonu planlanan

hastada LMA-C Trach kullanm ile uygulanan başarl anestezi

yönetemini paylaşmak istedik.
