AŞIK GARİP İLE ŞAH SENEM (İNCELEME - METİN)

Abstract

Âşık Garip ile Şah Senem hikâyesi Türk halk hikâyeleri içerisinde önemli bir yer teşkil etmektedir. Hikâye üzerine bugüne kadar pek çok çalışma hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan çalışmalarda hikâyenin çeşitli yönlerden ele alındığı ve gelenek içerisindeki yerinin belirlenmeye çalışıldığı görülür. Bu çalışmalardan en yenisi Mehmet Emin Bars’a aittir. Bars, Âşık Garip İle Şah Senem (İnceleme-Metin) adlı eserinde hikâyenin altı farklı varyantını değerlendirmiştir. Yazar, “İnceleme” bölümünde bu altı farklı varyantı tetkik etmiş, “Metinler” bölümünde ise varyantlara yer vermiştir. İncelenen metinlerden üçü Anadolu sahasına ait yazılı varyanttır. Bu metinler ilk defa Bars tarafından Arap harflerinden Latin harflerine aktarılmış ve yine ilk defa bu çalışmada değerlendirilmiştir. Eserde değerlendirmeye tabi tutulan diğer üç metin ise Azerbaycan sahasına ait olan sözlü varyanttır. Yazar, hikâyenin Anadolu ve Azerbaycan sahasında teşekkül etmiş olan altı farklı varyantını epizot, şiirler ve motifler yönünden karşılaştırmıştır. Derin bir analiz ve sentez sürecinden geçerek hazırlanan çalışmada tercih edilen inceleme yöntemi daha önce hazırlanan eserlerde de kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda eserin önce değerlendirilmesi yapılmış, ardından Âşık Garip çalışmaları içerisindeki yeri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Âşık Garip ile Şah Senem (Review-Text)

Abstract

The story of Âşık Garip and Şah Senem has an important place in Turkish folk tales. Many studies have been prepared on the story so far. In the studies prepared, it is seen that the story handled from various aspects and its place in the tradition is tried to be determined. The most recent of these works belongs to Mehmet Emin Bars. Bars, evaluated six different variants of the story in his work called Âşık Garip ile Şah Senem (İnceleme- Metin). The author examined these six different variants in the “Review” section, and included variants in the “Texts” section. Three of the analyzed texts are written variants of the Anatolian field. These texts were transferred from Arabic letters to Latin letters for the first time by Bars and were evaluated in this study for he first time. The other tree texts evaluated in the work are oral variants belonging to the Azerbaijani field. The author compared six different variants of the story, which were formed in Anatolia and Azerbaijani, in terms of episodes, poems and motifs. The examination method preferred in the study, which was prepared by going through a deep analysis and synthesis process, was also used in previously prepared works. In this context, first the work was evaluated and then its place in the works of Âşık Garip was tried to be determined.
