13. YÜZYIL VİETNAM TARİHİNDE MOĞOLLAR VE ETKİLERİ

Abstract

13. yüzyılda bozkır konar göçerliğinin Cengiz Han’ın şahsında yeni ve dinamik bir lider altında teşkilatlanması dünya tarihinde köklü izler bırakacak olayların da başlangıcı olmuştur. Moğolların geniş bir coğrafi sahada yaptıkları etkinin yol açtığı tarihsel değişimler çeşitli cepheleriyle yaygın bir inceleme konusu olmuştur. Diğer yandan ülkemizde Moğol yayılmasının Asya’nın çeşitli bölgelerindeki ve bu meyanda Güneydoğu Asya’daki etkileri ise görece daha az incelenmiştir. Bununla birlikte Güneydoğu Asya’da Kubilay Han’ın hâkimiyet devrinde girişilen seferler, her ne kadar askerî açıdan başarıya ulaşmış olmasalar da bölge tarihi açısından büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu önem Moğollara karşı direnişin Vietnam kimliğinin oluşumunda oynadığı rol ile açığa çıkar. Bu çalışmada Kubilay Han zamanında Vietnam coğrafyasına dönük askerî harekâtlar, bu coğrafyanın tarihsel arka planı temelinde değerlendirilecektir. Bu bağlamda Moğollara karşı direnişin Vietnam tarihinde bıraktığı ize de değinilecek, kökünü ortaçağda yaşanan olaylardan alan birleştirici kolektif kimlik motiflerinden biri olarak Moğol kuvvetlerine karşı son mücadeleyi veren Dai Viet prensi Tran Hung Dao üzerinde durulacaktır.
