ATA is a journal published twice a year using a double-blind review system.
All submitted articles must be original, unpublished, and not under review in another journal. Initially, submitted articles are checked for plagiarism using the Turnitin program. Articles with more than 20% similarity are rejected. Each article undergoes a double-blind review by one of the editors and at least two referees. Duplication, fictitious authorship/denied authorship, research/data fabrication, article slicing, publication by slicing, copyright infringement, concealment of conflicts of interest, and unethical behavior are considered plagiarism.
All articles that do not comply with the accepted ethical standards are withdrawn from publication. This includes articles in which plagiarism is detected after publication.
ATA adopts the ethical standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). COPE's ethical standards (https://publicationethics.org/) are the basis for publication and scientific ethics.
